WHAT SPECIAL MEASURES ARE YOU TAKING IN LIGHT OF COVID-19?
Our private, professionally cleaned vacation homes remain a safe and easily accessible option for families to take their daily routine on the road and experience the calming effects of our beautiful beaches, sunsets, and weather. We continue to help our Guests make happy memories in 2021 in a way that feels safe, fun and rejuvenating while still following Governor Cooper's orders and recommendations.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We do! All of our properties are dog friendly with a $100/per pet fee due upon booking. Maximum of 2 dogs. We do require that you do not allow pets on the furniture or in the bedrooms at any time out of respect for our guests that aren't as crazy about our furry friends. We also ask that you have your dogs leashed on the beach & clean up after them outdoors.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD A RESERVATION?
Bookings made more than 30 days out from the arrival date require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total to reserve the home. The remaining balance is charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival date.

WHAT ARE THE EXTRA FEES WHEN BOOKING DIRECT?
Taxes: All homes are subject to state tax & North Topsail also requires a city & county occupancy tax.
Cleaning fee: Our cleaning fee is $300 which includes the cost of linens, as well.
Pet fee: If bringing one dog, the pet fee is $100; two dogs is $200. We don't allow any more than two dogs to stay in our home.
Security Deposit Fee: A security deposit of $300 will be collected at the time of reservation. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 30 days of Checkout Date provided no damage is done to our property.

DO YOU EVER OFFER ANY SPECIALS OR DISCOUNTS?
We do often run specials/discounts in the off-season. For current specials please refer to our website.

CAN I CHECK IN EARLY OR CHECK OUT LATE?
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. We ask that all guests please respect the check-in/check-out times unless other arrangements have been made with us. In most cases, our housekeeping staff will need all the time available between guests to clean and reset the home. Requests for early check-ins/late check-outs will be accommodated whenever possible but are subject to availability. Early check-ins/late check-outs are not available from June-September.

WHERE DO I GET THE KEYS?
We use a keyless door entry system so you don't need to make a special trip to pick up keys. Simply call or text at 4pm: 610-585-0150 or 412-862-2249 on the day of check in for the door entry code.

WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE HOME?
All linens, towels, basic kitchen & bathroom essentials and coffee filters are provided. We also stock the home with an initial supply of items such as toilet paper & paper towels. For most guests, the initial supply is enough however, we have found it helpful for some to bring extra. This is especially recommended for larger groups or guests staying for more than three nights. We provide laundry soap, dish soap, dishwashing detergent & hand soap.

WHERE SHOULD WE PARK WHEN WE ARRIVE?
Please park in our driveway. Our driveway will accommodate 6 cars.
